Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Franchisee
  • Generate new leads and follow up with potential client
  • Generate sales using the systems and tools provided within the Trident Homes team environment
  • Meet with clients and guide them through the process of designing their home
  • Understanding the building industry and the area/environment you are selling in.
  • Understand Trident Homes's design range, processes & internal systems
  • Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures

Key Skills

  • Previous Sales experience is preferred
  • A great attitude and a willingness to learn is key.
  • Must have good computer skills and the ability to use a basic drafting program
  • Experience with MS Word/Excel, Email & PC Applications
