Role Description

Trident Homes Franklin is actively looking for driven, dynamic, passionate and hard-working individuals with interest in the building industry to join their team and find leads and opportunities to generate new residential sales. We want someone who has excellent people skills and can consult with new customers to determine their wants or needs and to help clients choose a design package that fits within their budget and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and follow up with potential clients
  • Generate sales using the systems and tools provided within the Trident Homes team environment
  • Meet with clients and guide them through the process of designing their home
  • Help meet clients wants and needs within their budget & lifestyle
  • Understanding the building industry and the area/environment you are selling in.
  • Understand Trident Homes design range, processes & internal systems
  • Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures

Functional Relationships

  • Reporting directly to the Franchisee
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with a wide range of people
  • Build strong working relationships both internally and externally

Key Skills

  • Sales experience would be an advantage but not a requirement. A great attitude and a willingness to learn is key.
  • Confident using computers
  • Experience with MS Word/Excell, Email & PC Applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Driven, Enthusiastic and keen to succeed
