Role Description

Trident Homes Wanaka is actively looking for driven, dynamic, passionate and hard-working individuals with an interest in the building industry to join their team and find leads and opportunities to generate new residential sales. We want someone with excellent people skills who can consult with new customers to determine their wants and needs to help clients choose a design package that fits within their budget and lifestyle. Uniforms and general stationery supplied

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Franchisee
  • Generate new leads and follow up with potential client
  • Generate sales using the systems and tools provided within the Trident Homes team environment
  • Meet with clients and guide them through the process of designing their home
  • Understanding the building industry and the area/environment you are selling in.
  • Understand Trident Homes's design range, processes & internal systems
  • Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures

Key Skills

  • Previous Sales experience is preferred
  • A great attitude and a willingness to learn is key.
  • Must have good computer skills and the ability to use a basic drafting program
  • Experience with MS Word/Excell, Email & PC Applications
