Role Description

Trident Homes is a New Zealand owned and operated residential building company that is currently trading throughout a number of regions in New Zealand. We have established a presence in the Bay of Plenty / Tauranga region, and are actively looking for motivated, passionate, hard working individuals to help us generate new residential sales for Trident Homes Tauranga. This position is an Independent Contractor and remuneration is by way of commission only.

Other Duties

Duties of the Sales Consultant shall include any work which may be required of them in connection with the Franchises business provided the Sales Consultant has the appropriate skills and/or qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with people and guiding them through the complexities of designing their dream home.
  • Generate Sales using the systems and tools provided within the Trident Homes team environment

  • Reporting directly to the Franchisee
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Motivated
  • Self managing
  • Keen to succeed

Key Skills

  • Sales experience would be an advantage but not a requirement. A great attitude and a willingness to learn is key.
  • Familiarity with computers
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Google products an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
